  • 6.2 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • 7.1 Returns are accepted only if Products are defective or damaged upon receipt. Customers must notify Labex International within 02 days of receipt for returns to be processed.
  • 7.2 Refunds will be issued only if Products are returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • 8.1 Labex provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the website or the Products and Services.
