How to Use

Follow these steps to perform the test accurately:

  1. Reagent Preparation:
    • Allow R1 and R2 to reach room temperature before use.
  2. Test Procedure:
    • Add 400 µL of R1 (Reagent 1) into a clean test tube.
    • Add 100 µL of R2 (Reagent 2) into the same tube.
    • Add 10 µL of patient sample (serum or plasma).
  3. Mixing & Reading:
    • Mix the solution thoroughly by vortexing or manual swirling.
    • Read the absorbance at 340 nm using a spectrophotometer or biochemistry analyzer.
