1. Run Control Sera Daily

Pipette 500 uL of working reagent and 50 µL of control serum (normal or pathological) into the plastic tube.

 Mix and read the control/reagent mixture to analyzer same as you did with sample. Just make sure that you run the control by selecting the control option from the Test type selection menu.

2. Interpret the Results

Compare your QC results to the expected reference range. Each control has its own value and you should have one with your control vial. If the values fall within range, you can proceed with patient testing. For optimal results, use multi CALIBRATOR to ensure accurate calibration of your equipment.
